I have recently changed my whole life by moving to a different part of the country and starting again. It has been tough at times but I am still working on the positive thinking and am getting somewhere with it but still have my moments.

How I am Living My Life Fully

I am following my hearts desire and have given up a lot of material and financial comfort to achieve this.

How I Share My Life And My Joys Through My work And /Or Hobbies

I try to spread positive thinking to all I meet - even if I am having a down day myself, I try not to let this show. I write poetry and hope to complete a book to leave for my children.

Wisdom I Have Learnt Through My Life

That really there is only one person who can make thingshappen for me and that is me. I am no longer waiting for that knock on the door to tell me my life is all sorted! Also once a relationship is over its over, you cannot make someone re-love you when the love is gone - its time to move on.

How I Created My Day Today

I started the day with a short period of meditation. I then went on to start another creative writing 'assignment'. The shops then needed to be visited. After some basic housework I went for a walk by the sea - not too many people about because of the weather but that makes it even more special.

What Oneness and Connectedness Means To me

Bringing mind, body and soul together to act as one instead of 3 separate entities.
